Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LUMÉ, an AI-powered beauty application operated by BOZAN LUMERA LTD ("LUMÉ", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 17479474, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using LUMÉ, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LUMÉ analyzes photos you upload to suggest makeup looks, generate personalized beauty routines, and offer a virtual try-on and AI Makeup Coach. Some features are available on a Free plan with limited usage; Pro and Plus paid subscriptions unlock higher usage limits and additional features, as described on our Pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use LUMÉ.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account's billing portal — see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant LUMÉ a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you (e.g. face analysis, look generation, virtual try-on). We do not use your photos to train third-party models or share them publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse LUMÉ — including attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or upload content you don't have the right to use.

6. AI-generated content

Looks, product recommendations, and coaching responses are generated by AI and provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. They are not professional medical, dermatological, or allergy advice — always check product ingredients yourself before use.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your profile, looks, and uploaded photos. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

LUMÉ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LUMÉ after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
